PCRG departs at 5.30am sharp so please arrive at The Ship Inn a tad earlier. Parking is in Lower River Terrace or Little Stanley St.

If you can run 3k at 5-6 min/km pace you’ll comfortable fit in @PCRG. PCRG is not an elite group and caters for runners of all abilities.

Each PCRG session involves:
• Easy jog/warm up for 15-20 min, finishing at session venue.
• Light stretching followed by 80 metre sprints with a walk back recovery.
• The PCRG session “core”. Hill reps OR an uptempo interval session. Session is conducted in such a manner which keeps the group together for the majority of the session.
• Easy jog/cool down for 15-20 min, finishing at The Ship Inn no later than 6.40am.
Refreshments (fruit and drink) are on offer @ The Ship Inn.
