The Bondi Ocean Surf Swim Squad (aka BOSS Squad) swim early on Wednesday (6.00am) & Saturday (7.00am) mornings all year round. There is a session especially targeted to Rookies & Beginners every Saturday at 8.15am.
We usually swim around 2.5km and focus on skills & techniques that are useful for triathletes, ocean-swimmers, surf-lifesavers or just people looking to make their swimmers easier & more enjoyable.
All sessions feature fun & fitness! Our coaches are all experienced Surf-Swimmers / Surf-Lifesavers.
There is no joining fee & our casual rate is $20 for a swim. There are also discounted rates for calendar months & seasons
